Run the axe DevTools Confirm that the following issue is not reported: Heading levels should only increase by one mod_lesson Create a course Create a lesson in the course. Add a name and press "Save and display" On the first page, you should see "What would you like to do first?" Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the following issues: Heading levels should only increase by one Select element must have an accessible name Click Import questions Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the following issues: Heading levels should only increase by one Go back and click "Add a content page". Fill out the required fields (Set Jump field in Content 1 to Next page) and save the changes On the Editing lesson page, rerun axe DevTools. Confirm that you don't see the following issues: Heading levels should only increase by one Select element must have an accessible name Click "Add a question page here" Create a new True/false question. Fill out the required fields. On the entry for the True/False question, click the move button (up/down arrow icon button) You'll be then on the "Moving page: [question name] " Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the following issues: Heading levels should only increase by one Click the "Move to page here" link below the content page that you created earlier so it will appear first in the lesson. Log in as a student Go to the lesson You should now be on the content page. Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the issue about headings should increase by 1. Go through the lesson. At the end of the lesson, you should see "Congratulations - end of lesson reached" Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the issue about headings should increase by 1. Log in as admin and go to the lesson Click on the Reports tab You should be on the Overview report Run the axe DevTools on the page. Confirm that you don't see the following issues: Heading levels should only increase by one Select element must have an accessible name Go to the Detailed statistics report page Run the axe DevTools on the page.
