Add new behat step to navigate to user profile page

Add a new page resolver for the user profile page, so we could use the following:

I am on the "user1" "user > profile" page

I am on the "user1" "user > profile" page logged in as "admin"

This will simplify scenarios where we need to access to "Browse list of users" admin page first to access a user profile.
