"Add-Topic" is difficult to find

It is a bit difficult to find the "add topic". Users have to collapse a topic and at the end of that topic we can see the "add topic". This can be problematic, if a topic has a long content. May be we can put the "add topic" somewhere else, so then users can easly find it?
