Private files does not include empty folders in the download zip file

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Private files from user menu
      3. Create the following folder paths: 

        ./First
        		 
        ./Second

      4. Upload a file to the ./First folder
      5. Save changes
      6. Navigate back to root of file area (press Files)
      7. Press Display folder with file details
      8. Select both folders
      9. Press Download
      10. Confirm that the downloaded zip file contains both ./First and ./Second folders

      Discovered by andelacruz while testing MDLQA-17542.

      The failing scenario happens when you have a empty folder in your "Private files" and the repository view is set to "Display folder with file details" and all checkbox are checked:

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Go to the user menu > Private files
      2. Add a file, a folder with a file in it and an empty folder.
      3. Select "Display folder with file details" view mode.
      4. Select all files and click "Download" button
      5. Verify the zip file does not contain the empty folder.
