- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Site administration > Appearance > Boost
- Set the "Brand colour" to #8523e4
- Save changes
- Navigate to a course
- Turn editing on
- Create a quiz
- Edit the quiz and add a new question into it
- Confirm that the question number editor icon is the new colour
- Confirm that the question title editor icon is the same new colour
- Confirm that the spacing around both of these is fairly uniform (visual inspection)
- Confirm that they look alike

In quiz editing, the edit question number inplace editable and the points inplace editable look different, and the color of the former one is hard coded.
