- Create a course C1
- Upload the DD activity attached to this email
- Enroll a user s1
- Login as s1 and drag and drop some answer (some intentionally wrong). Make sure that an item is used several times. Use the screenshot added below.
- As an admin, go to the Grades report
- Select the student S1 and the H5P activity
- Ensure that all student answers are mentioned in the report (especially the one with several matching items)

As reported in this Moodle H5P forum discussion] only one out of 4 possible options in this content correctly reports detailed results.
Strict matching one draggable to one drop zone is correctly reported (not displayed on the attached screenshots).
None of the other 3 possibilities, i.e. one draggable (with the Infinite number of element instances option) to many dropzones, many draggables to one dropzone and many draggables to many dropzones is correctly reported. The attached screenshots show:
- the answers as entered by the student after checking
- the reporting screens: the h5p external plugin reporting screen
- the moodle core h5p activity reporting screen
In addition to reporting wrongly the details of the student's responses, the h5p external plugin reporting screen is much easier to read than the moodle core h5p activity reporting screen. Why are they not identical?
