In full screen mode, the new Tiny Menus are clipped to be almost unusable if the left hand drawer is left open before switching to full screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure left drawer is open.
2. Edit any text in Moodle with the new Tiny editor
3. Switch to Full Screen
4. Try to open a menu. Those closest to the left will be increasingly clipped and unusable.

If the left drawer is closed, the tiny menus appear as expected.
