Quiz gradebook: Item list should open under listbox in RTL mode

      While doing Moodle 4.2 QA for course gradebook in RTL mode,

      I found a UI positioning issue in the user quick filter listbox that open the list of users aligned to the right side of the page, but it should open under the listbox, as it opens in LTR mode.
