I found that the filter "Convert URLs into links and images" does not work in the forum activity. I add an entry with a youtube url to a forum. The filter "Convert URLs into links and images" is activated by default for the complete Moodle, for course and for the forum. The url should get a link automatically so the Youtube video will be embedded.

If I set the link manually then I get the Youtube video embedded.
