Multilang filter is not applied when creating calendar events

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Plugins > Filters > Manage filters in site administration
      3. Enable Multi-language content
        • Apply to: Content and headings
      4. Create a course
        • Group mode: Visible groups
      5. Create a group named: 

        <span class="multilang" lang="en">Group (EN)</span><span class="multilang" lang="de">Group (DE)</span>

      6. Navigate to Dashboard
      7. In Calendar block click a date in the future to create a new event
        • Type of event: Group
        • Course: <YOURCOURSE>
      8. Confirm the Group selector contains correctly formatted group name (just "Group (EN)")

      When a new calendar event is created (for example, going to the calendar block in the dashboard and pressing "New event"), selects with multilang text are not being rendered correctly.

      One way to reproduce this is to create an event of type Group, selecting a course with groups using multilang text in their names, and looking at the Group select.
