Grader report preferences - show 'Aggregation position' should be shown by default

      On Grader report preferences page:

      It doesn't seem to have any benefit for showing/hiding 'Aggregation position' when 'show more'/'show less' is clicked in General section - it is just one option, so we not saving much for not showing it
