Login as admin.

Install the Hebrew language (or any RTL language).

Go to Site administration > Courses > Manage course categories and courses.

Create a course and enroll yourself as a student.

Change the language to RTL lang- for example Hebrew

Click "more" in the secondary navigation.

You can see that "unenrol me from..." option exceeds from border.

2- In RTL lang (ie. he) - open "more" menu
3- Verify that "unenrol me from..." option exceeds from border
