Manual activity completion toggle without page reload

When toggling the manual activity completion of an activity on the course page, the course page reloads completely, if there are activities depending on the first one I pressed the completion button.

As the course page now supports loading of certain activities via webservice it should be possible that only the affected activities are being reloaded.

Many courses (especially self learning focused ones) depend on activities which are marked as "done" by the student which successively unlock the next activity and so on. A reload of the whole course page disturbs the workflow, especially in course formats like format_tiles where reloading is a real usability pain (animations etc.)
