The course settings page contains edge case settings that generate pain points for many teachers. Simplifying this form and moving some extra options to a more logical place will help them.

One of these settings is the large role renaming settings that are unnecessary for most courses. This feature is more related to the enrolment information than to the course section so it can be moved to a new "Participants --> enrolments --> Role renaming" page.

This change will simplify the course edit form and won't affect the feature discoverability as it will have its own page.
