The 'Overall average' row in the grader report table is sticky. However, when scrolling vertically the row is partially cut-off by the range and first name/last name columns.

Replication steps:

1. Create a course.
2. Add few activities in the course (or manual grade items).
3. Enroll multiple students in the course.
   (make sure there are enough students so that the vertical scroll is activated in the Grader report page).
4. Go to the Grader report page in the course (Grades > Grader report).
5. Scroll vertically up and down the page.
   • Expected: The Overall average row is sticky and fully displayed overlaying the rest of the content in the grader report.
   • Actual: The overall average row is sticky but partially cut-off by the range and first name/last name columns.
