The MoodleNet share history is implemented in MDL-75502, however the scope for course sharing in that issue is to show "Course" with no further details about the course contents that were shared.

This issue aims to make it possible for shared courses in the share history to be expandable, so teachers can see which activities they shared. Without this functionality, the only way for teachers to see this information, would be to download and import the course backup from MoodleNet back into their LMS and then restore it.

Although this is not necessarily blocked by MDL-78267, once that issue lands there is more value in this functionality, as teachers will be able to customise which activities are included when a course is shared.
