Forum grading broken for simple discussion type when accessed from activities block

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a user
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol user as student on course
      5. Add Activities block to the course
      6. Add a new Forum activity to the course
        • Forum name: Gradable forum
        • Forum type: A single simple discussion
        • Whole forum grading: Grate Type: Point
      7. Press Grade users
      8. Confirm grading panel is shown and you can cycle through users
      9. Close grading panel, navigate back to course
      10. Press Forums from the Activities block
      11. Press Gradable forum
      12. Press Grade users
      13. Confirm grading panel is shown and you can cycle through users

      We find that the Forum Link in the Activity Block does not follow the same UI/UX protocols as the other links on that page. 

      1. Course Home is underlined confusing users to think that they are there.
      2. The URLs from the forum activity link leads users to a false URL for the activity where the URL shows an f variable instead the id variable.
      3. Trying to click view grades throws an error from that page.
