    Description

      The actions menu is not displayed correctly.

      It is covered by other elements on the page.

      Please see the attached screenshot.

      Steps to replicate

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Navigate to Users -> Data requests.
      3. Click New request and create a data request for a user.
      4. Click on the Actions menu in the newly created request.
