Display short and full course name in content bank for selection

      Organizations that work with the contentbank, and build their contenbank structure on the short course name ,will be impacted by the change done in MDL-77667.

      After discussing with sabina.abellan@moodle.com we would like to see that both (the long and short name) will be displayed in the Dropdown menu, using a format like "Short course name - Long course name" on a single line.
