We'd like to report a bug with how items present themselves in the gradebook.
If you duplicate items, and leave the (copy) suffixes appended, they don't appear as such in the gradebook.

This is what it looks like you duplicate items but don't rename them, leaving the suffixes there

Here is what it looks like in the gradebook:

Replication steps:

1. Go to any course, create an activity such as an assignment or quiz
2. Fill out required field, click save and return to course
3. Find the item you just created, and duplicate it any number of times
4. Go the gradebook.

OBSERVED: The item suffixes do not appear on the grade items
EXPECTED: The should appear

Impact: Learners/Students are not able to determine the difference between each duplication.
