Following the pattern that "every report should be a report builder report", refactor the Security Check report (Site administration > Reports > Security checks) to be a report builder report (report source).

We'll get several things for free as part of this:

• Status sorting - the default sorting for this report should be critical/error first, then warning, then info, then OK (if we show OK by default at all)
• The ability to share reports
• The ability to email reports on a schedule (say if a critical error appears)

The Security checks is also a little different than some other reports in terms of the info displayed. It has calls to action etc. This means that there might be some changes to core report builder required.

This tracker should focus on converting the current report as is into report builder.  We can then focus on adding additional functionality to the report as well as cleaning up some of the "checks".
