This is a follow up issue for ~~MDL-77637~~ and ~~MDL-77638~~

When we we click 'Show more...' link on edit grade item page and some data on modal is prefilled it would be good to have that data prepopulated on advanced edit page. Smth similar happens on forum when you click 'Add discussion topic' there is 'Advanced' button that redirects to new page and fills data that was on original page
