      3. Confirm that the feedback text area is disabled if the Override checkbox is disabled.
      4. Enable the override checkbox. Confirm the feedback text area is now enabled and editable.
      5. Edit the feedback text and click Save changes.
      6. Click the grade menu > View feedback. Confirm the updated feedback text is now showing.
      7. Click the grade menu > Edit grade.

      9. Click the grade menu > View feedback. Confirm the feedback text has not updated.
      10. Confirm the feedback text is from Step 1, not Step 5 (Since it's not overridden anymore, it should be the feedback from the Assignment module, not from Gradebook).
      11. Go to Site administration > Plugins > Text Editors > Manage editors.
      12. Enable Atto editor and move it to the top position.
      13. Repeat steps 1-9 for Atto editor.

      1. Create a course
      2. Create assignment and enabled feedback comments
      3. Go to Grader report
      4. Go to advanced grade edit page for some user (grade dropdown->Edit grade)
      5. Edit feedback and save changes
      6. See * icon is shown next to grade that feedback is given. You can see feedback inĀ  modal from grade action menu and also see saved feedback on grade advanced editing page
      7. Go to assignment and click Grade
      8. Find same user and add some feedback text and save changes
      9. Go to grader report and see feedback (in modal or advanced grade editing page)
      10. You will see feedback that you added on step 8
      11. Now edit feedback on advanced grade editing page (make sure override checkbox is not ticked)
      12. Page is saved, but you will still see feedback from step 8 so your changes are ignored unless you click override checkbox

On singleview report it is not possible to edit feedback unless you click Override checkbox. It seems that we need to do the same on grade advanced editing page. Or we need to propagate feedback that was entered on grader page to mod page (unlikely)
