To enhance user experience and reduce cognitive load while scanning list options, the UX team has decided to update the contextual menus across Moodle products by changing all 'Delete' links to red.

By establishing a different visual contrast for the 'Delete' action, this modification aims to prevent users from conducting potentially dangerous actions. The red color naturally gives users pause due to its connotations and it encourage them to think twice before making the final decision.
