Random "Test show toggle functionality" behat failure (Take 2)

      This is a second attempt to fix the "Test show toggle functionality" random, we still seeing that one happening too often (7 times since May 12th 2023).

      It happens on builds with Chrome browser, MySQL and Oracle databases.
