During upgrade to 4.1, we have found out that the Exit book is not anymore available for the book activity.

Looks like the change was performed under https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-71912.

In 3.11 the Exit Book is available

This can be replicated via https://qa.moodledemo.net/mod/book/view.php?id=36&chapterid=5#mod_book-chaptersnavigation 

Navigate to the pages of the book. At the end, there is NO "Exit book" link.
