Add course setting to let teachers configure whether the scheduled tasks to automatically Show/Hide courses should be considered

      More flexibility can be added if a setting is added to the course level to let define which courses should be considered from the new scheduled tasks added in MDL-48762.

      This will require some UX work because:

      • With the approach in MDL-48762, we are displaying different contextual help based on the status of the new tasks (if they are enabled, the start/end dates help strings mention the course visibility will change automatically). If we add a new setting (which won't be easy to explain), we won't be able to change dynamically these contextual strings based on the value of this setting (because current forms don't support it), so guiding users will be more difficult/almost impossible.
      • It needs to be decided if only one setting is added to the course level or one for each scheduled task.
