If you create a custom field short text instance then you get options such as 'Form input size' but when you add a text area then you get almost no options.

There should be options which are universal all of the various editors (atto, tiny etc) in particular there should be a way to set the various editor settings, in particular declaring that you want a full rich editor, or a minimal editor with just basic lists, bold, italic and not much more. 

Proposing:

• a tickbox to say if the textarea should be a simple raw textarea or if it should be a rich text area
• a width and height, these only apply to the textarea
