Hi,

If you are a student, you can click on the icon of an activity when you cannot access the activity due to the restriction. (The title of the activity is not clickable, which is correct.)

You cannot access the content (which is correct) and you see an error message on the top of the page:

(Before 4.3 you weren't able to click on an icon of a restricted activity.)

PD How to reproduce the issue:

1. On a 4.3dev site add an activity with restriction(s)
2. Log in using a student who cannot access that activity due to the restriction(s)
3. Check that you can click on the icon of that activity and you see an error message telling you cannot access
