This is the initial presentation of user stories for the consideration of the development of a user data collection API for our integrated tools to implement.

The end goal is to ask the Moodle administrator to register their site and also to collect information on which sites are running which integrations as long as such integrations implement this optional API. 

• As a Moodle administrator, I want to be able to consent to the Moodle T&C so that  all integrated tools offer me their free version. The Moodle administrator must be able to read and consent to the specific T&C of each partner if they wish to.
• As a Moodle administrator, I want to be able to not consent to the Moodle T&C so that none of my data is shared with integrated tools. Note that GDPR requires that this is the default option.
• As a Moodle administrator, I want to be able to consent to the Moodle T&C selecting specific partners so that selected integrated tools offer me their free version.

We have discussed in the past that the call to action for the Moodle T&C should be to register the site.
