As a Moodle administrator, I want to be able to consent to the Moodle T&C selecting specific partners so that selected integrated tools offer me their free version.

Conditions:

• I must be able to understand the functionality that each partner provides
• I must be able to select and deselect individual partners (both coming from a none-selected status, from an all-selected status and from a some-selected status).
