Some of our plugins are creating separate course categories upon installation. We sometimes facing the problem that any user can delete/edit the course categories.

It would be good if it would be possible to "lock" course categories, similar to plugin dependencies where you cannot delete any plugin that is required by another plugin.

Maybe there's another solution/idea, but it would be good to have something like this.
