Problem: SCORM activity with a date set in 'Expect completed on' is not displaying for users in the Timeline block on the dashboard. This was further tested with a Moodle Lesson to confirm if that activity would display, the Lesson did display.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a SCORM package to a Course
2. Go to Settings>Activity completion>set a date in Expect completed on>Save
3. Log in as student in the course, go to the Dashboard to view the Timeline block
