Accessibility: Check button in interactive questions not descriptive enough

      1. Create a quiz with these settings:
        • How question behave: Interactive with multiple tries
      2. Add a few questions for that quiz (Ex: True/false question)
      3. Log in as a student
      4. Attempt the Quiz 
      5. Inspect the accessibility properties of the "Check" buttons.
      6. Verify that the 'Check' buttons have an accessible name like "Check question [number]".

      The button made available after every quiz question is labeled 'check'. The label does not accurately convey the purpose of the button to users. It is important to ensure that buttons are appropriately labeled so that they provide context when accessed independently in a button list by screen reader users.

      The problem is that the label on the 'Check' button does not make it clear which questoin is being checked. We need changes to the lable like hte ones done to the input labels in MDL-76849.
