The question bank table styling should follow the styling of other tables throughout Moodle.

Some of this styling has changed recently, so we should ensure that the question bank follows suit. In particular, we should make sure:

• The heading row has the appropriate background and text emphasis
• There is no zebra striping of rows
• There are borders between rows
• All text is an readable size

If all this is correct when this issue is picked up for development, it can be closed without further action. It is just to ensure we don't forget to review it.
