Create a course

Go to gradebook setup

Click 'Add category'

Leave category name empty and change other data (e.g. locked, weight override, etc.)

Click 'Show more'

In the advanced form page.

confirm that all data previously entered in the modal form has been carried over to the advanced form page.

Click Add category
Leave category name empty and change othe data (locked, weight override etc)
Click Show more
You will end up on advanced grade category edit page and all your changes are lost

Same for grade item, outcome - just one field need to have non valid data then all changes will be lost.
