Setup

Login as administrator

Create a course "Course1" (topics format)

Create a new topic "Topic1" in the course

Create a new Page activity "Page1" in the "Topic1"

Test (in boost and classic themes)

Click on the "Topic1" action menu

Confirm that "Delete topic" is displayed in red

Hover the "Delete topic" action and confirm that the hover styles are the same that the other actions.
