We have clients who are concerned with the accessibility of the repeated headers on activities. 

For example, in the attached page activity, the title above the submenu navigation <div class="page-header-headings"> is an h1 with a class of h2, and then below the submenu the activity header duplicates as a true h2. Clients are now requesting we hide one of the headers which also has consequences in other locations across the site.

Most importantly, this duplication is resulting in confusion amongst our user base using screenreaders.
