Site logo does not appear in mobile view

      Boost Theme:

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Resize the site using developer tools or open the site in a mobile browser.
      3. Open the kebab menu.
      4. Check the short name site is displayed near the close icon.
      5. Go to Site administration > Site home > Site home settings.
      6. Set "Short name for site (eg single word)" to a longer string and Save changes.
      7. Resize the site using developer tools or open the site in a mobile browser.
      8. Open the kebab menu.
      9. Check the short name site is displayed properly near the close icon.
      10. Go to Site Administration > Appearance > Logos and add Logo and Compact logo.
      11. Resize the site using developer tools or open the site in a mobile browser.
      12. Open the kebab menu.
      13. Check the site logo is displayed near the close icon.

      Classic Theme:

      Site logo displays properly. So need to just verify the site name in mobile view.

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to Site administration > Site home > Site home settings.
      3. Set "Short name for site (e.g single word)" to a longer string and Save changes.
      4. Resize the site using developer tools or open the site in a mobile browser.
      5. Check the short name site is displayed properly with ellipsis.

      When a logo and compact logo has been uploaded for the site, it appears when we access the site on desktop but when it accessed on mobile or tablet, the site logo did not appear. Tested the scenario on Moodle sandbox 4.1, 4.2 site and attached screenshots for reference.
