In the current Moodle feedback system, students can submit feedback multiple times anonymously, leading to potential data skew in multiple-choice questions.

Add functionality to assign an anonymous ID to individual feedback submissions.

1. Rationale

This would allow us to identify multiple entries from the same student, ensuring accurate feedback analysis without compromising anonymity.

We think that it is valuable to encourage multiple submissions of the same student. For example, a student may want to submit initial feedback during the lecture period and additional feedback after the exam. However, part of our feedback contains multiple-choice questions that assess the student's skills prior to a semester. These should not count twice.
