Debugging thrown in a browser console while adding access restriction

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Create a course
      2. Create an activity (any activity).
      3. Scroll down to Restrict access section of the activity form
      4. Press Add restriction and select any restriction.
      5. Observe 'Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'className')' error in the browser console.
