block_myoverview: Link text to the activity with the course image need to be more descriptive

      Note: This is easier to test on Firefox.

      1. Create two courses. One with an uploaded course image and another with an auto-generated course image.
      2. Enrol a user to both of these courses
      3. Login as the user
      4. Go to My courses
      5. Inspect the course image links on the accessibility tree. (If on Firefox, just right-click on the course image and click "Inspect Accessibility Properties")
      6. Confirm that the course image link texts are set to their corresponding course name.
      7. Switch the view modes to "List" and "Summary"
      8. Confirm that the course image link texts are set to their corresponding course name.

      The image of toy blocks has screen reader-only text to describe the link, but the text "course image" is insufficient

      We need to make it more descriptive. e.g. Use the course name instead of a generic "Course image" text.
