collapsing or expanding grade category scrolls to page top

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a user
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol user as student in course
      5. Navigate to course Gradebook setup
      6. Shrink the browser height until you get a vertical scrollbar
      7. Scroll down
      8. Press the v icon to collapse the course item in the table
      9. Confirm the course item is now collapsed
      10. Confirm the page didn't scroll to top
      11. Navigate to gradebook User report
      12. Search for and select your test user
      13. Press the v icon to collapse the course item in the table
      14. Confirm the course item is now collapsed
      15. Confirm the page didn't scroll to top

    Description

      1. Create a course
      2. Go to gradebook setup page
      3. Create some categories and grade items in it (add enough so page is big enough to vertically scroll)
      4. expand or collapse some category in the bottom
      5. You will end up in top of page

      Same happens on user report. It works fine on 4.2 though
