Log in as admin

Create a user

Create a course

Enrol user as student in course

Navigate to course Gradebook setup

Shrink the browser height until you get a vertical scrollbar

Scroll down

Press the v icon to collapse the course item in the table

Confirm the course item is now collapsed

Confirm the page didn't scroll to top

Navigate to gradebook User report

Search for and select your test user

Press the v icon to collapse the course item in the table

Confirm the course item is now collapsed

Create a course
Go to gradebook setup page
Create some categories and grade items in it (add enough so page is big enough to vertically scroll)
expand or collapse some category in the bottom
You will end up in top of page

Same happens on user report. It works fine on 4.2 though
