Remove duplicated IDs for the "Save changes" buttons

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Access to a course.
      3. Navigate to "Course completion" and go to "Default activity completion".
      4. Expand a couple of the activities.
      5. Check the buttons "Save changes" have different ids.
      6. Run the axe tool for this page.
      7. Check the "id attribute value must be unique" error is not displayed.

      While reviewing MDL-78528,  jpataleta raised the following accessibility issue:

      Duplicate IDs for the "Save changes" buttons. Specifically, these are the following IDs that are duplicated:

      • fitem_id_submitbutton
      • id_submitbutton
      • id_error_submitbutton

       

      While the resolution for this matter is scheduled for MDL-78566, it has been postponed to upcoming releases. To address this accessibility concern in the interim and prevent the occurrence of duplicated IDs for action buttons, we have proactively instituted this solution.
