The message displayed below the "Default activity completion" should be different when accessing from a course

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Access to a course.
      3. Navigate to "Course completion" and go to "Default activity completion".
      4. Check the message displayed above the activities list is "These are the default completion conditions for activities in this course.".
      5. Go to Site administration > Development > Template library.
      6. Search for the "core_course/defaultactivitycompletion" template
      7. Check the message displayed above the activities list is "These are the default completion conditions for activities in all courses.".

      tsala has raised this issue (well spotted): when a teacher goes to the Default activity completion page, they see a message saying "These are the default completion conditions for activities in all courses."

      The expected message in that case (looking at the prototype) is "These are the default completion conditions for activities in this course.".
