- Copy MDL-79147_testpage.php
into the instance root folder - Login as admin and go to YOURLOCAL/

The debug tool added in MDL-77182 can produce unexpected errors in third-party code because the original load method does not declare the return type while the new one does.
This issue is about simply removing the ": string" at the end of the method so it will have the same contract as the original one.
