We need to test with a few different question types.

      For each question type:

      1. Create a question of that type as specified.
      2. Preview the question.
      3. Resize the preview window to be very small.
      4. Verify that things done't overflow. (See the screen-grab in the decription here, for the problem we are trying to fix.)
      5. After you have tested all the questions separately using question bank preview, create a quiz.
      6. All all your test questoins to the quiz.
      7. Preview the quiz.
      8. Verify as above, but with the questions shown as part of a quiz attempt.

      Test qusetions:

      1. Short-answer, with a request for a very large input field. That is, include ______________________________________________________________ or similar in the question text.
      2. Essay question type, with Response format 'Plain text' (input area should be full width of the question area.)
      3. Essay question type, with Response format 'Plain text (monospace font)'. (input area should be full width of the question area.)
      4. If you can be bothered, install qtype_combined, which requres a number of other qtypes to also be installed. Then create a question as follows:
        • Question text:
          • [[2:showworking:__500x5__]]
          • [[3:singlechoice:v]]
        • Click the 'Update the form' button.
        • Fill in the new section of the form to make the singlechoice subquestion.
