Deleting/Restoring a question does not re-display "Show hidden questions" correctly

      1. Create a quiz
      2. Add 2 questions to the quiz
      3. Go to the question bank
      4. Select Edit > Delete for one of the questions and confirm deletion (this will mark it as hidden) .
        • Confirm that you no longer see the hidden question in the question bank.
      5. Set the filter "Show hidden questions" to "Yes" and click "Apply filters"
        • Confirm that you see the hidden question in the question bank.
      6. Refresh the page
        • Confirm that you see the hidden question in the question bank.
        • Confirm that the "Show hidden questions" filter has "Yes" selected
        • Before fix: The question appeared, but "Show hidden questions" had "No" selected.
