Typo editosettingstiny in the editor settings tiny URL

      In the Plugins overview page, the user can go to the detail settings page by clicking the gear icon at the section.

      For example, the TinyMCE Editor section (admin/plugins.php#plugin_type_cell_tiny). If the user clicks the gear icon, it will redirect to Section error! Warning. Because there is a typo "editosettingstiny" at this line.

      Change editosettingstiny to editorsettingstiny
