Bug Description:

   When attempting to access private files on my ISRO portal account associated with moodle.org, I encountered a critical issue.

2. *Error Message*

   Upon trying to access the files, I received the following error message:

   ```

3. *Permission Issue*

   The error appears to be related to a permission problem. Despite being the account owner, I do not have the necessary permissions to view my own files.

This issue prevents me from accessing and managing my private files on the ISRO portal, affecting my workflow and productivity.
